Services included

Towels and table linens , bed linens (supply 1 x week), towels (supply 2 x week) for swimming pool, Free Internet-Wireless, air conditioning, electricity, gas, heating, hot water, safety deposit box, final cleanings, VAT 10%.

Upon advance request and subject to availability, you can use our city bikes.

Other facilities at free disposal of our guests: lift, garden with table and chairs, outside swimming pool with whirlpool, counter current swimming system and solarium area, barbecue, tennis table, storage room for bikes and sport equipment. At disposal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.


                      

Services Non included

City Tax, Euro 1,50 per night per person (applicable on the first 10 nights, excluded children under 14 years).

1 parking per apartment is available upon request and an extra charge of € 10.00 per day is requested. (maximum 1 parking space per apartment).

In our parking lot you will find a station for recharging electric cars.

 

Possibility to have a buffet-breakfast at the adjacent hotel at a special price (on previous request).
Entrance Wellness center at the adjacent hotel at a special price.

Terms and Condition

Apartment handover: from 4 p.m. till 7 p.m. - apartments must be vacated by 09 a.m.
A caution is requested upon arrival.
Pets allowed upon request, maximum 1 pet per apartment, extra charge euro 18,00 per night.
Pets are not allowed in the garden area and the swimming pool / solarium area.
 

In cases of early departure the total price will be calculated. 

Cancellation terms Standard rate
An earnest money (CAPARRA CONFIRMATORIA) of 33% of the total amount is requested upon reservation.
In the event of cancellation or amendment:
 
 
-The terms and conditions for free cancellation are set at the time of booking: 7, 14 or 30 days. 
-Cancellations or subsequent amendments: Penalty the total amount
-In the event of non arrival (no-show): Penalty the total amount
